Kinsel Landscape Site Planning & Development is owned and operated by Kevin Kinsel, who is a licensed Landscape Architect, member of ASLA, and a licensed Landscape Contractor in the state of California. Kevin’s familiarity with local terrain and microclimates, and artistic background, provides a layer of incisive planning into any landscape project. 

A Native of California and a resident of South Orange County for over 40 years, Kevin has enjoyed an engaging life and occupation in Southern California. Mr. Kinsel has been the principal of Kinsel Landscape Site Planning & Development since 1980, and actively working in the landscape business since 1975.  

We specialize in commercial and custom residential landscape design and construction. We perform all phases of Landscape Architectural design, site analysis, construction documents, renderings, and field supervision.   

Our contracting firm is also comprehensive in its approach. All hardscape and softscape elements are installed under keen supervision and discipline, and thoughtful attention to detail. Since most of our design work is also installed by our construction firm, there is little (if any!) lost in the translation. 

Our Landscape Architect duties include professional supervision for both our contracted projects and other contractor’s work. Please understand our ultimate goal is for your project to be completed professionally, timely, and with the greatest sense of gratification!
